Part-Time Party Store Associate (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Contract Position (3 Months) with Opportunity for Permanent Hire

Location: Garden Grove, CA
Schedule: Part-Time (10–16 hours per week)
Weekend Availability Required
Compensation: $17.50 per hour

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Party Store Associate to help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment while providing outstanding customer service.

We are seeking someone who enjoys keeping displays fully stocked, work areas spotless, inventory organized, and the store presentation at its highest standard. Key Responsibilities

Greet every customer warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
Help customers find products and recommend items that best meet their needs.
Inflate and prepare balloons with attention to quality and presentation.
Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise while maintaining attractive displays.
Receive, unpack, stage, and organize incoming inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and product expiration dates.
Assist with pricing updates and inventory records.
Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized store, including sales floor, restrooms, storage areas, break room, and workstations.
Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and general housekeeping throughout each shift.
Complete opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

Retail customer service
Balloon inflation and party supply preparation
Inventory management and stock control
Shipping and receiving
Working in a fast-paced retail environment
Commercial or retail cleaning and store maintenance

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
