Part-Time Retail Sales/Stock Associate - Bilingual

Thank you for your interest in becoming a team member at Qué Candy! We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales/Stock Associate - Bilingual to become an integral part of our Garden Grove team. You will be responsible for selling candy, party supplies, blowing-up balloons, placing custom party orders, and providing other services in a retail setting.

Responsibilities:

— Warmly welcome and identify customer needs

— Match product/services to customer needs

— Process/submit customer orders

— Ring-up customer purchase orders

— Investigate and resolve customer complaints

— Perform daily cleaning/staging duties

— Assist in stock inventory control

— Monitor product expiration dates

— Fulfill/stage stock adequately

— Open & close procedures/checklists

Qualifications:

Previous experience in

— Customer Service

— POS/Cash Register

— Sales

— Inventory Stock Control

— Working in a fast-paced environment

— Resolving issues

— Cleaning

Skills:

— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

— Ability to build rapport with customers

— Fluent in Spanish and English

— Energetic and enthusiastic

— Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical ability to carry out essential functions of the job including; packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking and lifting up to 25 pounds.
